Founded in 2012 by Ryan alongside co-founders Wayne & Diane — a proud third-generation garage door family with a combined 60 years in the trade.

Co-Founders (Retired)Built the company with Ryan in 2012 on a foundation of integrity and perseverance. A third-generation garage door family; trusted mentors to this day. Five grandchildren.

Ted
Sales Manager
Our Sales Manager and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Ted brings discipline, dedication, and strong leadership to the team. He's been married to his wife, Beth, for over 30 years and is a proud father of three adult children and grandfather to one grandson. He loves staying active outdoors — preferably on the water or in the woods — and enjoys life in beautiful Traverse City.
Kristen
Office Manager
An integral part of the team since 2021, Kristen keeps daily operations running smoothly and is passionate about exceptional service and lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers alike. Outside of work, she's with her husband, Cole, and their twins, Noah and Brooklyn — on the lake, hitting the trails in their side-by-side, or tackling a new home project. She loves making the most of Michigan's great outdoors.
Zach
Sales
Zach moved from Florida in May 2024 to work alongside one of his childhood best friends, Ryan — the two grew up together in Gaylord sharing a love of golf. He's passionate about Jesus, the game of golf, and rooting for the Lions. He has a 14-year-old son named James. James is a cat.
Carrie
Customer Care
Attentive, caring, and always focused on the client, Carrie has been a key part of our team since 2023. If you don't hear her cheerful voice on the phone, she's likely out pursuing her passion as a hairstylist. Carrie is the proud mother of Brad and Chase, and a devoted grandmother to Sadie.
Chad
Warehouse Manager
Our Warehouse Manager, Chad has been working side by side with Ryan for over a decade. He still lives on his family's farm, where he was born. His pride and joy is his dog Sophie, who holds the unofficial title of "Michigan's Best-Looking Pitbull."
Andrew
Delivery · 4th Generation
Andrew has the honor of being our longest-tenured employee — Ryan's nephew and a proud fourth-generation family member in the garage door industry. If he ever left doors, he'd risk it all on his journey to becoming a professional disc golfer. He has a loving wife, Cheyenne, and an amazing son, Logan.
Jaden
Warehouse Lead
Jaden started with just one day a week in the warehouse — his dedication and work ethic quickly earned him a full-time role, and he's kept growing with the company, most recently stepping into the position of Warehouse Lead. Off the clock, he's passionate about basketball, spending time with his girlfriend, Kyarah (the love of his life), and caring for their two cats, Abraham and Neo.
Kendle
Team Member
Kendle joined the team in 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the staff — her friendly personality and dedication to a positive experience for every customer make her essential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Cody, and their daughter, Rylee.
Jim
Driver & Delivery
Jim joined us in October 2024 as a part-time driver and our Monday delivery-unloading specialist, keeping operations running smoothly. He and his wife, Anne, stay busy at their home in Coleman; in his free time he's golfing, cheering on the Lions and Wolverines, or riding buggies. Jim is a proud father of four — Caitlin, Andrew, Drake, and Madeline — and loves time with his family.
