Meet the Staff

President Ryan Tebo  grew up in Gaylord and has been with Quality Door and More for 20 years. In fact, all Ryan has ever done is garage doors. He has two children, Charlee, an 8-year-old girl, and Jaxon, a 5-year-old boy. To relax on the weekend, Ryan likes to hang out with his family, be on the lake or just be outdoors. The family atmosphere and staff at Quality Door and More is what keeps Ryan motivated.

Quote Master Natalie Burger hails from Gaylord Michigan and has 15 years of experience in the garage door business, the past 6 months with Quality Door and More. Previously she was a lighting designer. Her hobbies are camping, boating, and hanging out with family and friends, including her stepchildren Zack, 25, and Colin, 16. According to Natalie, "I like that Quality Door and More is a family-owned business, they have kind and caring staff and the customers are great."

Office Manager Kristen Reeve grew up in Beal City, Michigan. She's been with Quality Door and More for 3 years after serving as a supervisor at Isabella Community Credit Union for several years. Her twins Noah and Brooklyn, at just 4 years old, keep her busy. She appreciates that Quality Door and More feels like a family and the customers are a pleasure to work with. For hobbies, Kristen enjoys trail riding, boating, camping, and crafting.

Carrie Siler is our Billing and Install Scheduler. She grew up in Breckenridge and has been with Quality Door and More for 6 months. Before that she was a hair stylist. She has two boys, Chase, 27, and Brad, 24. Carrie enjoys gardening, camping, spending time with family, candle making, and home improvement projects. According to Carrie, Quality Door and More is a team of genuinely good people and she appreciates the closeness of everyone, as well as the family-like atmosphere.

Installer Danny Lathers, 35 years old, grew up in Gaylord Michigan and has been with Quality Door and More for 10 months. Previously he worked as a pipe fitter. He has two children, Ayla, 7 years old, and Cooper, 3 years old. In his free time, Danny likes to hang out with his family and enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, hunting, skiing, and camping. The best thing about Quality Door and More, according to Danny, is meeting customers face-to-face and seeing the beautiful homes that our doors are being installed in.

In addition to driver duties, Hunter Gross also keeps our warehouse running smoothly. Hunter grew up in Coleman Michigan and has been with us for 2 years. Formerly, he was a paramedic. Hunter likes to ride his motorcycle as well as engage in occasional hunting and fishing. What's the best thing about Quality Door and More? According to Hunter, it's the relaxed atmosphere and his coworkers.

Self-proclaimed "warehouse guy" Chad Robertson grew up in Rosebush and Mount Pleasant, Michigan and has been with Quality Door and More for 5 years. Previously he was a mechanical contractor in health specialties. Chad likes to chill out with gardening, golf, reading and playing with his dogs.

Andrew Jackson, 27, has been with Quality Door and More as a delivery driver and warehouse staff for 11 years, having started when he was just 16 years old. He was a roofer before joining Quality Door and More. Andrew has a son, Logan, 6 years old. Andrew likes to disc golf, fish, and practice archery. The best thing about Quality Door and More, to Andrew, is the good working environment and the opportunity to travel the state.
